I get random static problems with GarageBand?
I record Let's Plays for YouTube, and I'm a mac user, so I use GarageBand for the commentary (live commentary by the way). Each video is about 15 minutes long. So randomly, maybe every four episodes, a whole minute of the commentary becomes really staticy and I have to mute that part. It's not only staticy, but it like.... echos, if that means anything to anybody. I use the automatic level control also when recording. So far, its just been REALLY annoying, but I'm worried it could get worse. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
When traveling on the highway and u loose power?
The loss of power came@ about 70mph and I could keep it @ 50-55mph till I pulled off. I then turned back home and got to the next exit before I shut it down and waited about 3 minutes. Fired it back up and didn't have a problem since, but the check engine light goes off from time to time. Any insight would be great. The car is a 2000 Grand Am SE1 w/ a 3.4L V-6 automatic.

either you can use rubbing alcohol, or try vegetable oil, or take a shower with a lot of steam, then scratch it off real good :) They'll come off eventually, but in the future, make sure to change your band-aids, even if only to prevent infection :)

Do you treat your pets better than your family?
My husband and kids are always saying that I treat my cats better than them. I don't know what they're actually driving at here. I feed the cats from a plate on the kitchen floor, they only get water to drink. They have to go toilet in a tray or they have to go outside. OK I do let them sleep on the bed but i have never made my husband or the kids sleep on the sofa. I regularly take the family travelling with me but i have never taken the cats anywhere abroad. Thay do get to sit on my knee and I pick them up for a cuddle but I did with the kids when they were small enough (now they'd crush me). Does anyone else get this type of jealousy or can you explain the phenomena?
Why does my 1987 honda prelude squeak?
I have a 1987 honda prelude that is carbuarated and its automatic transmission. Every time I step on the accelerator something from the engine sqeeks really loud. I've had my timing belt, power steering belt, and water pump changed last year. It happens when I rev the engine while in park and when I am in D4 (normal driving) when I come from a dead stop all the way up to second gear. After that, the squeak subsides until I have to start from a dead start.

well, it seems when you talked to someone about your experiences, some of the stress went away. Maybe you should talk to someone more frequently about this, or open up a blog. not that we are talking now or ever will. Im a muslim and this guy i've been thinking about in my head is a non practising christian but hes a very sensitive outgoing yet still masculine. Still others know it is copyrighted and not theirs and circumvent even more secure methods to get what they want online. They think if it is posted somehow it should be free. Who cares that this photography business is their only source of income and I am taking food off their table and has taken 10 years of time, money, blood, sweat and tears to build to this point. For some the fact that it is online cheapens it and it doesn't "feel" like stealing. I mean the amount of times I see people asking for illegal piracy related information being asked for such as " I lost my Photoshop serial number" or "where can I download this music or this movie from" is ridiculous. Be aware of what you're up against and be prepared. If you don't adequately protect yourself then don't whine later because you didn't go through the hoops to register it or watermark or disfigure your photo slightly or or or or or or or and someone else is now profiting from your work.

Should I quit being his girlfriend?
My boyfriend has become violent with me in the past few months, as he has been beating me. Often when we walk he pins me to the floor and beats me in the face. It really hurts and i bleed all around my face. Once i had to go to the hospital. My mother often asks me why my face is bleeding and i tell her i ran into a pole to cover up for him. Even in class he kicks me in the leg under the table really hard and it really hurts! And on top of that my teacher keeps thinking i am distrupting the class because she thinks i am saying "ah" for no reason. He also twists my hand in an uncomfortable position. It messes up my joins and sometimes i cannot move my arm in a certain direction for some time. That's actually just as bad as him making my face bleed. He also pushes me into walls and trips me. Once my tongue started bleeding and my tooth got cracked. I talked to his other ex girlfriends and they were surprised to hear that i said she was beating me. They said she never did that to her, but he was really cute. So should I tell him we are through or should i just keep up with this?

I have a feeling that my apartment is haunted. I keep seeing briefly in reflections of mirrors, windows, and reflective objects a figure like a man. When I go to look back he is not there. Today I walked in the spare bedroom and there were golf balls on the floor in the perfect shape of a pyramid against the wall. I asked my boyfriend why he was putting his golf balls in weird shapes, and he had responded by saying that he thought I had done it. I think this man is trying to communicate with me. Any cleaning kit I've ever heard of had the cleaner and conditioner and the water and stain repellent, and it sounds like the protector is just a simpler name for that. I'm not sure what else the protector would be, and I'm sure if it wasn't the same thing, it would do the same job. Though, I would not worry so much about that. I have many pairs of uggs and have never used the water and stain repellent, though i own it, and I've had my uggs for 2-3 years and they are still looking fresh. Just take good care of them!

What I would do is make her stand in front of you whilst you come down to her level, and tell her to stop crying and calm down in a firm, controlled voice. Once she has stopped crying (this could take a few minutes depending on how hysterical she is) ask her what is wrong. Tell her firmly that she must cheer up and if she is well behaved she can have a treat (like some sweets or a toy etc). Let me know if this helps!

Hey all. I'm married and we have a 16 (17 soon) month old daughter. I love her to death but she can be a handful at times. My husband is the classic pushover dad. She is sitting in her high chair when we eat and she throws food down and around and also, the toys she has, on the floor, hard. She thinks it's funny. Though I totally understand that she has to do those things for her development, I however tell her in a very soft way, it's not right to throw food or things on the floor. And I don't praise her for doing it. When my husband comes home from work and she does the same thing, he yells "well done" to her and does it along with her. He says she can do whatever she wants, she's 16 months. I don't agree with this type of parenting. I want her to be free to do whatever she wants, but telling her softly that this is not considered ok to do once or twice is not hindering her I think. He thinks we should let her destroy the house if she wants to. She is a different child when she is with me and a totally different one when he comes home. How can I explain to him that SOME rules, a LITTLE bit of very very soft discipline, without in any way hindering her development, are necessary? Or do you think I am doing something wrong here? I have Painting problems?
Last night I was painting the kitchen wall and had quite a fall. I was on the top of a 6 foot ladder and one of the ladder legs broke and I fell to the ground. I have a few bruises, but, luckily, that's all. Sadly, the paint went EVERYWHERE. I cleaned it up off the floor and kitchen stools, but I can't get the splatter off the fireplace bricks. I've tried everything. The paint is water soluable, I think. I've used water, dish scrubber, toothbrush. Then I resorted to mineral oil and paint thinner. Neither of those did a thing. Then I even put some paint remover on and tried to scrub it off. That didn't work either. Anyone have any suggestions, or have I just made things worse. Since I'm a 64 year old little old lady, I think this might just be my last painting project. :(

My puppy has kennel problems?
My puppy is 13 weeks old and she is totally potty trained. She sleeps in my room on her bed on the floor every night and does not go potty. Every day she will will whine if she has to go out. But when I put her in her kennel because I have to take my daughter to and from school she will poop in her kennel. She will walk in it and lay in it and she flings it all over my room. I had to clean literally everything including shampooing my carpet! I know it is because she is mad and don't want to be in a kennel but I don't have a choice because she climbs gates, and scratches doors and chews everything so I have to use the kennel. I have tried blocking off part of the kennel to make it a smaller space, I don't have any bedding or blankets in there, all I leave in there is a rawhide chew bone. She barks like CRAZY when she's in the kennel too. I just don't know what to do because it takes me a good hour to clean up after her every time I come home and then I gotta bathe her because she reaks, and I have 3 small kids so it's really not an easy thing.. I need help, i cant handle the stress anymore and find every day unbearable.?
I don't mean to be dramatic but I feel like i cant handle it anymore. I come from a family which is very accomplished and successful. I unfortunately don't fit in. Im not smart, and not cut out to be in university. My parents are forcing me to do university and they are brown so there are not many choices. I want to be a teacher which I think i would be very good at, however my choices are doctor, lawyer, engineer, and MBA. Aside from that what ever i do would make them unhappy. iv tried for years t pretend to be who they want, however i cant do it anymore. iv tried so hard to be who they want i don't even know anything about myself. Im 18 and thought of running away but i couldn't do that to my family. im out of options and depressed. i cant be this person anymore. my parents expect the world from me but im not good enough to be who and what they want. im tired and i can barley make it out of bed in the morning. the walls of my university are like the walls of a prison and i know that's hard to believe but i actually look at the floor when im there because i cant stand the look of the place. i hate my life. i know people have it much worse then me but i cant explain why i don't fit into this suburban utopia. my parents would never let me do what i want with my life, and because im not allowed to work im financially dependent on them. i cant take this anymore. every day i feel like it should be the last day of my life because i can see my whole life like i have already lived it. ill go to law school maybe work for a year or two before i have to get married, then children. then ill have to quit until there in grade school. then ill have to balance house work and cleaning all whilst starting up my career again, by the way a career ill hate. then my kids will feel the same pressure to be Perfect. never enjoying life but worrying about it. then ill get old and die. it feels like my life is extremely happy at moments but extremely sad at other moments so there is no average. most days are sad. i often cry without a reason, just because i cant take it anymore. i don't see the point in living a life that is empty. iv tried thus far to hide these feelings from everyone. i haven't even told my parents i hate University and would be happy waiting tables the rest of my life. i haven't told them that if i have to go by force if rather do teaching than law. because i know what the would say, they would yell. i just cant do it anymore, maybe i have mental issues.

Haha, Wow that breeder is PSYCHO. That's how we train our dogs potty training. I mean we dont put their faces near there poo or pee or anything, we just point to the area and say bad and they'll look at it all sad knowing it was bad. But still the way the owner did it was fine too. The breeder just freaked out. But wow, hopefully hte family gets their dog back! the dog must hate being at the breeders place! Keep me updated?

Why is my face always so oily?
Ok so I am 11 and I am like really oily...all the time. Only really on my nose a little part of my cheeks that is close to my nose and my lower forehead. It is really embarrassing and if you rub your finger against my nose it is all wet and cold and slippery it is sooo nasty and also my nose is always shiny. I have big red zits all across my nose and I'm not allowed to use makeup so yeaa that sucks. I usually eat healthy maybe like a plate of potato chips every 2 days but I mean I have lots of friends that eat super unhealthy and greasy food and BAGS of greasy potato chips every day and they have beautiful clear skin. Also I do use shampoo and conditioner in my hair every day and I make sure I wash out all the conditioner while bending backwards as to avoid getting it on my face. I have this face scrubber soap sheet things that I use in the shower and rub against my face they make all the oil go away not really the shine but the oil comes back the next morning. I usually never wear my hair down and tie it up tight when I go to bed so none of the products I use in it (sometimes a little bit of hair shine products not much though and I don't use it that often) don't get on my face. Well why is my face always so oily and do u know any products that can help this???

I was sitting at my desk and I hear feet walking around and whispering under my windows and then some person say, "SHH!", more feet walking and more whispering, and "SHH!" again. So I pulled on my boots and walk very loud across the floor to the front of the house and turn on the light and then I hear no more sounds. Truck stuck in gear for a moment?
I have a 94 chevy s10 its the v6 with vortec. I bought it 3 days ago and feel im ripped off. I took it on the freeway and floored it to play with the vortec and the rpms just went way up into red and then the rpm and mph gauges started going up and down all crazy and the service engine soon light was blinking this lasted about 20 seconds and i of course got off the freeway. but i had taken it about 30 miles and back three times on the freeway didnt have problems. It drives fine in town and havent tried the freeway sinse then. could this be electrical or maybe tranny issues? it is automatic. It's just the gauges freaking out is what makes me think its not tranny related.

I have been living separate from my husband for one year, and a divorce is a mutual agreement between both me and my husband. I want a divorce ASAP, but I have no proof or legal documentation proving we have not been living together for a year. Can I still get an automatic divorce somehow, or do I have to wait a year? I've worked in the retail industry for about 6 months now and every single person and store I go into the same thing is happening there?! What a nice moderate price racing car?
Im almost turning 16!! Im looking for a nice racing car. Im wanting to street and drag race so i will need a car that has high top speed above 155 if possible to find a moderate car that does not have the limiter. I also need the car to be stylish I'm not looking for some 69 that has nitrous i want something that has style and is not older the n 2006. The car must Camaro have good handling and also nice system would be great. I would enjoy having maual but also automatic i will only drive manual during races! I was looking at the 2008 Chrysler 300 SRT8!! just list the car if u have any good options i should look at!

i just bought a 1990 Toyota Celica automatic and just today when i got to 40mph it seems to have a hard time changing gears....Is there a problem with the transmission or is the car just dirty? the transmission fluid needs to be changed pretty bad and i was going to go have that done on Friday...? I have a couple of desktop and laptop computers I would like to clear out any personal information they might have and donate them to a school in my area. I want to make sure that all my photos banking and all my personal information is gone first. I bought a program called Drive Scrubber and on the box it says it works with 32 and 64 bit. When I went to install the disc I got a message saying it is not compatible with 64 bit. I have Vista on these two computers I tried this out on. Hi, I have a 14 week old husky puppy and she's jut not picking up on the housetraining! She's basically never left alone apart from at night, where I get up in the night and take her outside! I know that she probably can't hold her bladder but it seems like she's not even trying! We bought her quite young, so I don't know if that's partly the problem, but obviously I can't do anything about that now! This is my first dog and it's so stressful! She will walk to the door 50% of the time, where I take her straight outside and then praise and treat her! But if I go upstairs for like half and hour she will have gone the toilet somewhere! And in the night shell poo like 3 times! Even though I wake up and take her out! Other times I'll take her outside to pee and shell just start running around and playing, and then the second I bring her in shell just pee on the floor! I guess I'm just worried that this isn't just because she's a puppy but that there's some proper issues, and need some reassurance that I'm handling everything correctly! Shes never left alone because Im a student so I'm always here. I did start her paper training when we first had her, but so many ppl where adamant that it was a bad idea that I stopped doing it, but it just means I have to clean up mess in the house every single day! Hey all. I'm married and we have a 16 (17 soon) month old daughter. I love her to death but she can be a handful at times. My husband is the classic pushover dad. She is sitting in her high chair when we eat and she throws food down and around and also, the toys she has, on the floor, hard. She thinks it's funny. Though I totally understand that she has to do those things for her development, I however tell her in a very soft way, it's not right to throw food or things on the floor. And I don't praise her for doing it. When my husband comes home from work and she does the same thing, he yells "well done" to her and does it along with her. He says she can do whatever she wants, she's 16 months. I don't agree with this type of parenting. I want her to be free to do whatever she wants, but telling her softly that this is not considered ok to do once or twice is not hindering her I think. He thinks we should let her destroy the house if she wants to. She is a different child when she is with me and a totally different one when he comes home. How can I explain to him that SOME rules, a LITTLE bit of very very soft discipline, without in any way hindering her development, are necessary? Or do you think I am doing something wrong here? Cat with diabetes, sudden blindness, limp, vomiting?
Our family's cat was diagnosed with feline diabetes about two years ago, and nothing like this has ever happened before. She's 14 years old. Last night we gave her her regular food and insulin shot just as always. Now all of a sudden, this morning, she wouldn't get up off the floor. We tried picking her up and she bit my dad, which she never has done before. We set her down on the floor, and the front part of her body seems to be completely limp. How to remove glass scratches?
ok so i have a 125 gallon saltwater fish tank and its only a month old and its the show piece for my new house that i didnt even move into yet. i got this hydor marina magnetic algae scrubber and its a piece of junk. the magnet wouldn't even stay through the glass of a 10 gallon. so every time i scrubed the tank it would fall to the bottom and collect rocks and it didnt float so i hated having to go past my shoulder down to reach into the tank that deep and then get saltwater all over the place. so now it has a many scratches on the inside under water. does anyone know how to get rid of it. im willing to drain out the water to the lowest point of the water and from looking at it im estimating the lowest scratch would require 80 gallons to be drained but im still willing to do it because i cant even enjoy my beautiful coral reef because i have to look at stupid scratches. there not that deep i can only feel them if it rub against it with the tip of my fingernail.

ATV shifter question?
I have a 1994 yamaha timberwolf atv. When I first got it when I would lift the shifter all the way up while giving it gas it would disengage and rev really high. Now when I lift the shifter while giving it gas it stays in gear. It is a semi automatic transmission. Not a big deal but now I can't pop the clutch to do wheelies.

How can I get my ceramic tile grout to come clean?
The grout between my ceramic tile is severely stained. The only thing that gets it clean is scrubbing with a grout cleaner from Home Depot on my hands and knees with a Sonic Scrubber. It takes all day, and only stays lean for a few days. I will not do that again. Does anyone know of a cleaner that will get the grout really clean just by mopping with it? My car automatic shifter just broke down, the shifter moves but the dashboard stays on D so I left it on the handbreaks to stay. I tried pressing the breaks, moving the sterring wheel, turning it off and on, it all works well but it is still on D . Should I get the oil or transmission fluid checked? I failed my driving test yesterday because the lady marked a Critical Driving Error. It was marked as a "Dangerous Manuever" and in the comments it said that this was for not looking over my shoulder while going into the left turn lane at the stoplight (twice). I know that looking over your shoulder is a must when changing lanes, but while going into a turn lane where no one should be driving over there until the dividing line curves out, I do not see the reason for me to fail because of that. The Critical Driving Error section is an automatic fail if one I marked, I do not think I should've failed for that. I understand points docked, but automatic fail? I would've passed because I only had 5 other things marked. Can they really fail me for this?

could be any number of issues like defective crank position sensor etc. Need to have a mechanic with a scan tool check computer inputs to see what is at fault. check spark, fuel etc.

Well I would say that qualifies as ford tough I have seen this in a lot of older fords, both cars and trucks, you know the main thing is how much oil it starts using. If it starts using about as much oil as it does gas its time to make a change. so a 5.4 triton 330 cubes pulling a big heavy truck I would say it did its job. I would check with an online manufacturer "ford racing.com" They should be able to help, although personally I know last year ford came out with a BOSS 351 that would be perfect for your truck has a bit more cubes and 450 hp but who is counting? any way food for thought, thank you for the post, I love to hear about any thing that can still roll good at 200,000 now thats some living in my book, that truck been around the block twice!!! my ol chevy still gotta long way to go. best of luck.

Tuesday night my boyfriend poured pure bleach all over my laundry room floor, because my savannah cat urinated on it. He did it without my consent. Since then, I've been nauseous, had a bad taste in my mouth (especially when I eat), been coughing, eyes burning, eyes watering, and when I cough my ribs hurt. I've left windows open but everytime that I walk in the house, my symptoms are worse than before. I can't stop sneezing, and my nose keeps running! Is this poisoning?
Is there any easy way to remove hard spot algae?
Over time the glass surfaces inside my aquarium have accrued a ton of stubborn algae. Is there something I can use to get it off fairly easily? I have a scrubber thing, but that isn't tough enough to get it off. I really don't want to have to scrape away at it with a razor. It isn't on the plants or decoration, just on the glass. Though I also have a problem with blue-green algae, but that is pretty easy to remove, just annoying.

99 cougar won't start anymore. HELP!?
I have a 99 cougar and about a year ago my brother was fixing my brake lights. He was getting ready to fool with the wiring near the lights (or he might have.im not sure) but ever since he fooled with the brake lights it hasn't started. Just a few weeks ago we bought a new alternator and a new battery. Its wanting to turn over now. It makes a loud clicking/grinding noise but it does not want to fire up. Also the lights and everything comes on now to. And the starter is good. I had it checked. I have a v6 and its automatic. I hope someone can help me out with fixing this. I need it for college. Should I sue a dr. for leaving a chunk of uterus inside of me? I had 4 more surgeries due 2 this error.?
(Part 1) After a long history of heavy bleeding my hemoglobin levels diminished requiring an immediate blood transfusion. My low blood was causing my heart to skip beats; an added complication to my existing condition of heart palpitations. My ob-gyn confirmed fibroids & a cyst on my right ovary & did a supra-cervical hysterectomy leaving the ovary untouched; the dr. said the ovary wasn’t bad enough to remove; I was not happy about it but the ob-gyn informed me that a portion of my cervix was left due to scar tissue from (2) prior c-sections. A year after surgery I began having distention, constipation, constant pressure & pain in my lower abdomen. Laxatives & enemas were needed to maintain regularity. In 2008 after several months of this my condition progressed into episodes of rectal bleeding; colonoscopies revealed a mass protruding in my colon. In Feb. 2009 during laparoscopic surg. the general surgeon revealed that the prior ovary with the cyst had grown 5.8 cm, overlapped my left ovary & grew into my sigmoid colon causing a 95% intestinal obstruction. The ovarian cystic mass was removed only to be rushed by ambulance from my job back into the hospital in June 2009 due to continued intestinal blockage, severe pain, vomiting & nausea. After several tests & a week in the hospital, the doctors could only conclude the remaining ovary had begun developing cysts & that one of the cysts had ruptured leaving fluid in my womb. I was prescribed Darvocet for pain which became part of my daily regimen. My ob-gyn encouraged me to keep the ovary & he would monitor the growth patterns over several months. It was at this time after much personal research that I ask the ob-gyn could I possibly have intestinal endometriosis. He said no because I had no profuse bleeding. I continued on laxatives for relief which caused massive abdominal pain, no release of bowel & vomiting. In Sept 2009 my health began to quickly diminish. With constant nausea, vomiting, no bowel movements, severe pain & additional rectal bleeding & starting to spend several hours a day on the bathroom floor of my job I was forced to go on temp. medical leave. I was prescribed promethazine for the nausea & continued on the Darvocet. Another colonoscopy revealed that the prior ovary that was removed had left endometrial tissue in my intestine which was continuing to grow & I was now 100% blocked. In Oct 2009 I then went back to the same general surgeon who then performed a laparoscopic colon resection to remove a foot of my intestine. At 4 weeks post-op with my incision not healing & extensive pain the surgeon requested a CT scan be performed. After 3 ½ weeks with no response, I called the surgeon to get the results of the scan & I was informed the scan yielded no negative results. By January of 2010 I began passing massive amounts of blood-tinged mucus & gas with extensive pain. The surgeon told me to contact the gastro dr. who recommended an Rx of hyoscyamine to relieve the discomfort. With little or no relief for 2 additional months, I contacted the gastro Dr. to request another colonoscopy. He was very reluctant but agreed to anyway. During the pre-exam for the colonoscopy in March 2010 the gastro dr. happened upon the prior CT scan that was previously ordered by the surgeon & discovered that the CT scan did in fact reveal a prominent large mass, thickening in the recto-sigmoid colon & a profound uterus which was supposedly removed by my ob-gyn in 2006. My surgeon failed to give me the true diagnoses of the CT scan. The gastro dr. continued with the colonoscopy. After examination he recommended I see my ob-gyn for some form of treatment and/or laparotomy because he still concluded an obstruction in my womb. With this infor. in mind, being sick & tired, frustrated & let-down, I sought treatment from a new ob-gyn who suggested that I be put on a 6 month regimen of the lupron depot & additionally sent me another gastro specialist to re-assure if surg. was necessary. I was told by the gastro dr. that my situation really didn’t require another surg. By this time, with my body being toxic & inflamed along with the lupron depot shot which is pumped with steroids, I gained 30 pounds immediately. I was put on add-back therapy to offset the symptoms however the joint pain & inflammation was so bad many days I could not even get out of bed without help, the hot flashes were intense; my mood constantly fluctuating. My PCP sent to see a rheumatoid Dr. I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatica, myalgia myositis, chronic fatigue & a low case of lupus. I was given lyrica to treat this but could not continue to take it because the Darvocet & promethezine were intense enough. My pcp ordered more test & learned that I had quickly developed hypothyroidism & vitamin D deficient. (Part 2 to be continued)

What exact front and rear differential does my Ford Explorer have?
I have a 1996 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4, Automatic, 4.0L V6, and I've got a slight oil leak from the front differential's pinion seal. This isn't particularly concerning to me, given its long and healthy life so far of 214,000mi. However, I plan to rebuild the differential and replace the seal in the upcoming weeks, and figured that I may as well at least drain and refill the rear differential as well. (Ford says not to check or drain the rear unless a problem is suspected, however after 200k+ miles, I think a little peek and some fresh oil is in order.) Problem is: I have been presented with a few options (by Auto Zone) as to which rebuild kit to buy. For the front, I have the option of the Dana/Spicer 28 or Dana Spicer 35 front axle. For the rear, I have the option of the Dana/Spicer 35 or the Ford 8.8" ring gear. Can someone perhaps help shed some light on this subject, and inform me (based upon the information provide above) as to which front and rear differential I actually have/need to buy the rebuild kit for? hi, i am a filipina married to American husband he is my one and only true love, we've been together for almost 4 years now, Ive got some concerns in my marriage that i tend to ignore because of my love to him, i came here in the the state to be with him and to be build our own family together but sadly to say it wasn't what i expected because he is always busy of everything ( well maybe sometimes i gets his attention but very rare) sometimes i feel that we are just a roomate! dont get me wrong my husband is a good provider, friendly, happy person, works all the time, cool husband i would say however he tends to be a controlling partner because up until now i don't drive yet i ask i need to drive because i want to help him financially i want to be able to work and have a little freedom just even going to the grocery store by myself and not to wait him whenever he finish his work for the day, since we used to owned a an old stick shift car i refused him to use that but he was very persistent about it so time came when i decided to practice the car he said that the car is not in a good condition its not safe for you to practice the car, so later we decided to buy a new car i ask him in a first place that i wanted an automatic car but he was still very persistent about me having a stick shift ( yeah i know some people said its fun) but i don't like that...i want to be able to use as my daily basis car, so we ended up buying a stick shift and now i know how to drive stick shift,,,Ive been failing my Road test that is so frustrating because i don't have enough practice because he doesn't have time for me(maybe practice twice a month), everytime i take the test i am using my friends car because my husband said that it would be easier to use automatic car...i am just to tired of everything im to the point that i want divorce.. coz i feel like im a prisoner here in my own home... why cant he respect my decisions... i feel so useless in my life... i cant do anything without his permissions. i feel so trap, cant drive, not working, not doing anything arrrg... any advice is much appreciated.

If I try out, will I suck at cheer?
Usually the smallest people on the team are usually flyers.You could still technically be one.It is the coaches decision.You do not have to usually do every stunt.However it would really help to be able to do a back handspring as well as everything else you can already do.Also you should try to learn to do a front tuck off the mat.As you are not always on the mat while cheering.
Why do I have to appear before a judge for not having my drivers license on me?
Two weeks ago I was in a car accident rear ended in rush hour traffic. I was messed up pretty bad so I was being checked out by the medics when the police officer arrived to take the report,so one of my passengers handed the cop my insurance and registration. The cop spoke with me in the ems while i was being checked asked for my license I handed him my work ID because that's all I had in my pocket. Well he gives me a ticket for refusal to display drivers license ordinance #435.06 and I was scheduled for court today waited in court with all my documents only to be told I had to see a judge and see another judge because I was involved in an accident and the traffic court magistrate couldn't dismiss it. No one at the Court house could explain to me why he couldn't dismiss my ticket when he had dismissed several others for display of drivers license right before my eyes. Does anyone know what difference it makes that I was in an accident compared to a regular traffic stop ? I have never had a ticket before so I have no experience with this matter ( crappy part is my drivers license was in the car on the floor that's how hard we were hit everything flew around including me and my two passengers). If it helps i live in cleveland ohio .

Hey all. I'm married and we have a 16 (17 soon) month old daughter. I love her to death but she can be a handful at times. My husband is the classic pushover dad. She is sitting in her high chair when we eat and she throws food down and around and also, the toys she has, on the floor, hard. She thinks it's funny. Though I totally understand that she has to do those things for her development, I however tell her in a very soft way, it's not right to throw food or things on the floor. And I don't praise her for doing it. When my husband comes home from work and she does the same thing, he yells "well done" to her and does it along with her. He says she can do whatever she wants, she's 16 months. I don't agree with this type of parenting. I want her to be free to do whatever she wants, but telling her softly that this is not considered ok to do once or twice is not hindering her I think. He thinks we should let her destroy the house if she wants to. She is a different child when she is with me and a totally different one when he comes home. How can I explain to him that SOME rules, a LITTLE bit of very very soft discipline, without in any way hindering her development, are necessary? Or do you think I am doing something wrong here? Transmission shifting at higher speeds?
97 chev k1500. Automatic. The tranny started running up to higher rpms and speed before it will shift into the next gear. Just as if I was putting my foot down hard on the gas. Moving the gear shift doesn't change what the tranny does. Doesn't "seem" to be slipping. Checked the fluild, a little low... topped it off and ran it awhile, still doing the same thing. Haven't had it do it at all before and now it is constant.

Why is my nail polish falling off?
My nail polish is literally just falling off, like the whole nail. Sounds like he is messing you about and a lot of children do it. Try a children's harness when you go out and if he drops lift him up using it and he will soon learn not to do it as it will get him nowhere. Also, when he is walking just holding your hand and he does it then warn him by saying 'do not drop to the floor or you will put on the harness' and then if he does it again you say 'no' and put him on the harness and let him scream if he wants and just ignore it. He is most likely just at the stage where he is pushing the limits to find where he stands on your terms.

I have a RAT 9 wireless gaming mouse and the receiver isn't working?
The mouse itself seems fine, the light is still on and the battery is charged. But when I try to click the light on the receiver doesn't flash. The software is installed. It worked great for about a month or so, the receiver DID get dropped but on a carpeted floor.. surely it can't be that fragile? If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it :(

Xbox live auto renewal but no money in the account?
Ok so this is messed up, my automatic renewal came 2/10 and it used a visa debit card for the payment , yet that didnt have any money on it. I use a mastercard for my purchases,,,,but didnt set the mastercard as the default. So I was still able to play xbox 360 so I decided to see if indeed I was charged to the mastercard. I wasnt!! So i checked online through the xbox support site and checked the billing details and it said i had a balance of 60 dollars, which is the renewal one year fee. So im thinking i will get charged on 3/10 since my default visa didnt have money on it, but wanted to use the mastercard instead. I did call xbox support and told them to charge to the mastercard but still i have a balance of 60 and still no charge to my bank account....what is the catch?

When our real estate agent calculated the sale price for our home she used?

When you come down to the States, and come shopping in our stores,why do people throw stuff all over the floor, take **** out of boxes (everything has a picture on exactly how it looks right in the front) then throw it in the wrong aisle or straight up on the floor, go through a table full of clothes and mess them all up, go in the fitting rooms and leave stuff all over the place and just leave it like that?!?!. I've worked in the retail industry for about 6 months now and every single person and store I go into the same thing is happening there?! Do you do this in your own country? Have you no manners? I can walk through work and I can point out Canadian shoppers and American shoppers, Americans fold **** back up and look at the pictures on the box. I know a lady that works in Canada in a restaurant and she says the customers are disgusting they leave food all over the place, Wtf is up with that? It's gross.

Today we were practicing high jump. and i ran too far and when i jumped over the bar my momentum carried me way too far forward and i ended up missing the mattress we were landing on and i landed on the gym floor really hard. it was okay at first, it hurt but i still practiced afterwards. but right now it hurts really bad, and i have been putting heat on it. i was told not to ice it? but i have a track meet tomorrow and i have to do hurtles and high jump. i dont want to quit or back out of it. do you have any ideas on what i should do for my back?

i bought my 1998 3000gt vr-4 for 10,000 six speed manual,,,with about 65,000 ,iles on it,,,this car is fast and ver7y good on gas why is it so cheap,,,,then i look at automatic supras 4 gen and there milage is in the 100,000 and there worth 20,000+ and thats for a high milage automatic non turbo supra,,,i sold the 3000gt for a evo ix so it dosnt really bother me its just something i always wondered about

ATV shifter question?
I have a 1994 yamaha timberwolf atv. When I first got it when I would lift the shifter all the way up while giving it gas it would disengage and rev really high. Now when I lift the shifter while giving it gas it stays in gear. It is a semi automatic transmission. Not a big deal but now I can't pop the clutch to do wheelies.

Why do I have so much trouble downloading game updates for PS3?
I only have trouble with my PS3 internet connection when I'm trying to download updates, either for the system or for games like DC Universe Online. I can get signed in, I can access the Playstation store, I can access Netflix. But whenever I try to download the automatic updates, it'll give me 1%, then the time remaining just keeps on climbing. I've been able to get updates, but it honestly just feels like, at those times, I just lucked out and it downloaded. I know it isn't a problem with my internet since the connection to my PC works fine. I have a wired connection to both the PS3 and the PC. Please don't tell me to reboot my modem and go from there, because I do that about half a dozen times every time I try to get these updates. It never has any effect whatsoever. It's really frustrating, especially on a game like DCUO that I'm paying a monthly fee to play, but can't play if the latest software update won't download. Please help!
Why do bullies like to even bully?
I'm a 15 year old guy and im not a nerd or anything (im not concieted) but im a cool person wit lots of friends. My friends left for a few mins to get something for us eat when i was at the mall in the food court. So i was sittin by myself and these random group of kids come sitting next to me. They were all little kids accept for one of them. The little kidz were like the bullies lil minions and the bully was probably like 17-19. He slapped my head and I hit him back HARD and he stepped up to me and made comments about me that werent true to make the "minions" laugh at me then left. I wasn't scared or anything but idk what his problem was. Then when he left I saw him bully two little kids and threw them to the floor and kicked them. Again... makin the "minions" laugh. Why do bullies like 2 do this? And why in groups? Are they jealous of people like myself or what!?

ITunes 10 Help-Windows Vista?
Lately I have had trouble with my iTunes 10. I run on Windows Vista. I have uninstalled and re installed iTunes many times, but just cannot get to the bottom of this. When I double-click to open iTunes from my desktop, a window pops up saying "installing iTunes, please wait." This always happens, and even though I have already installed iTunes numerous times, I still get this message. It takes a long time for it to load iTunes. When I get on iTunes, I can try and play a certain song, but no song plays. The buttons change from play to pause, but the scrubber never moves. Also, I am having trouble syncing my devices. I own an iPod touch and an iPhone. I CANNOT sync my iPod no matter what I try. It won't sync songs, or anything. It says, "You do not have the authorization to sync this device. Try an repair on iTunes in the Programs and Features section." Well, I own the device, and it has synced many times on this computer with older versions of iTunes, and I have "repair" many times, too. When I try to restore it, it says "You do not have the privileges to restore this device." What the heck? I bought my iPod with my own damn money, and have been syncing it and restoring it as I please before this stupid iTunes 10 came out! Same goes for my phone. At this point, I'm never buying an Apple product again...I just need help fixing my iTunes for good. And no, I am not shelling anymore money to Steve Jobs for quality support from Apple. Please! I'm desperate here!

Hey all. I'm married and we have a 16 (17 soon) month old daughter. I love her to death but she can be a handful at times. My husband is the classic pushover dad. She is sitting in her high chair when we eat and she throws food down and around and also, the toys she has, on the floor, hard. She thinks it's funny. Though I totally understand that she has to do those things for her development, I however tell her in a very soft way, it's not right to throw food or things on the floor. And I don't praise her for doing it. When my husband comes home from work and she does the same thing, he yells "well done" to her and does it along with her. He says she can do whatever she wants, she's 16 months. I don't agree with this type of parenting. I want her to be free to do whatever she wants, but telling her softly that this is not considered ok to do once or twice is not hindering her I think. He thinks we should let her destroy the house if she wants to. She is a different child when she is with me and a totally different one when he comes home. How can I explain to him that SOME rules, a LITTLE bit of very very soft discipline, without in any way hindering her development, are necessary? Or do you think I am doing something wrong here? Honest opinions please, thank you

I love my Honda Element 2003. It is 8 years old but still in very good shape. I just learned Honda will discontinue this model next year. I am actually thinking to buy this car again this year, and it should give me another 8-10 years of enjoyment. One of the reason I find myself love this car so much has to do with the flexibility, roominess and most important of all is the wipe-down utility flooring, I can just mop down the floor after a fishing trip. You didn't adjust the brakes. On drum brakes, after you get the drum on, you use your brake spoon and turn the star wheel until the shoes hit the drum. Then loosen up the star wheel a few turns. Make sure you press on the brakes to center them when you are close to the drum and still adjusting the shoes.
