Okay, I have this dry mark?

caused from syrup on my face and it's not coming off. If I use a face SCRUBBER, WHICH IS A TOOL NOT THE SOAP/GEL. Will the scrubber get rid of the residue left from the syrup if I scrub hard on my skin ?
