Get everyone together, have a meeting, draft a letter to the owner, manager, the twisted lady and inform them if the problem is NOT solved, then collectively your ALL going to get a lawyer. You have rights to, stick up for them. Remember, in a democracy, the majority rules, I'm sure they would rather deal with kicking her out then having all of you move out. This section 8 does NOT make her untouchable.
