My feet is cracking... what should I do?

its getting worse well not really but kinda i use some of those scrubber thing to scrap thing dead skin then put lotion on but its not seem to work! and please don't say go to the doctor cause I cant go see the doctor cause i don't have health insurance so but what can I do ???
