Which tactical looking gun is better?

I really like tactical looking guns. I am thinking about getting one of these two. S&W M&P15-22 Compliant Semi-Automatic Rifle, .22 LR or the m16 in 22. both cost about the same. Which one is better? if you have better suggestions let me have them but must be under $400. thanks. :)
