What is the significance of a pyramid shape and ghosts?

I have a feeling that my apartment is haunted. I keep seeing briefly in reflections of mirrors, windows, and reflective objects a figure like a man. When I go to look back he is not there. Today I walked in the spare bedroom and there were golf balls on the floor in the perfect shape of a pyramid against the wall. I asked my boyfriend why he was putting his golf balls in weird shapes, and he had responded by saying that he thought I had done it. I think this man is trying to communicate with me. I can tell he is reaching out, but I don't get what he is trying to tell me. Is this pyramid golf ball thing of significance or am I starting to lose my mind and am imagining all of this?
