Server hangup during attaching a file of 100kb in yahoo mail?

i have two problems with yahoo mail. Whenever i log on to yahoo i got this: "Automatic page updates causing problem to your screen reader" I asked several time but no answer from yahoo. After contacting yahoo customer care from other computer they told to send them a screen shot but i am unable to send this mail http://us.mc362.mail.yahoo.com/mc/compose?action=Upload&cmd=nonjsupload.attach&&noajax=&.rand=1844518608 and got server hangup
