What's going on with my facial skin?

Jessica, follow up your facial wash with a facial lotion. Though Neutrogena is not known to be a mild cleanser. I recommend using a mild facial cleanser like Olay foaming. Then follow up with a good lotion. I use Cura Serum by Isabella Pelle. Highly concentrated facial lotion with the highest concentration of the best moisturizer known to date; hyaluronic acid. I apply it twice daily in the morning after washing my face, and at night after I shower.
