How to remove glass scratches?

ok so i have a 125 gallon saltwater fish tank and its only a month old and its the show piece for my new house that i didnt even move into yet. i got this hydor marina magnetic algae scrubber and its a piece of junk. the magnet wouldn't even stay through the glass of a 10 gallon. so every time i scrubed the tank it would fall to the bottom and collect rocks and it didnt float so i hated having to go past my shoulder down to reach into the tank that deep and then get saltwater all over the place. so now it has a many scratches on the inside under water. does anyone know how to get rid of it. im willing to drain out the water to the lowest point of the water and from looking at it im estimating the lowest scratch would require 80 gallons to be drained but im still willing to do it because i cant even enjoy my beautiful coral reef because i have to look at stupid scratches. there not that deep i can only feel them if it rub against it with the tip of my fingernail.
