try dove for sensitive skin bar soap followed by a toner and an spf15 moisturizer. the soap is mild enough not to dry out the dry. the toner will help neutralize without stripping like an astringent would. the spf15 moisturizer would protect it all. at night, dont use the spf15, uses a light night cream
